Sip coffee to our stunning view of Wasatch mountains, relax and unwind in the bathtub after a snow-filled ski day, or snuggle up with our plush comforters and pillows in front of the fireplace. We are a downstairs unit, tucked into a quiet, residential Holladay neighborhood with a beautiful view of the Wasatch mountains. Gaze at Mt Olympus from the front steps, and with a 10 minute drive, access Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons with the best ski resorts in Utah. Walkable (0.4 mile) to some of the best shops for groceries, coffee, restaurants, a movie theatre, and shopping in Holladay. A location for your Utah visit you can’t beat!

We have a fully stocked kitchen including:
•Coffee/Wet Bar with Keurig coffee maker and K-Pods, tea, sweeteners, and creamers
•French Door refrigerator with ice/water dispenser

We also provide a high chair and eating essentials for children.

55-inch 4K Smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and any other apps you’d like with high-speed WiFi with download speeds up to 75 mbps! Snuggle up to our cozy fireplace!

•Bathroom with tiled shower/tub combo and rain shower head, and vanity and sink. Plenty of fluffy and soft towels are available.

—Laundry—
Washer and dryer available at all times with all laundry necessities.

—Additional—
This is the downstairs unit of the owners’ home, as the home has been split into separate upstairs and downstairs units with separate entrances. We have quiet hours from 9:00pm - 7:00am to ensure the best stay, and have insulated the floor in between the units for maximum sound proofing.

As this is a personal home the owners love and treasure, the quality and cleanliness of the home is absolute top priority, as we do all we can to ensure guests have the best and most relaxing stays.
