Enjoy yourself at one of the best ocean block locations in Beach Haven! This contemporary home is on the beach block directly up from Fantasy Island, Water park & Bay Village (705 N. Atlantic Ave., between 7th & 8th Streets - see map link under 'Links to more information' below), and within walking distance to just about everything: 4 houses from the beach and shopping at Bay Village, Fantasy Island Amusement Park, Miniature Golf, Ice Cream and Water Park are all just 2 blocks toward the bay. Local elementary school with playground and basketball court is a block away. Also included are 5 beach badges.

5th Bedroom suite has separate entrance on ground floor (3 beds & 1 bath).

House has ocean views from third floor rooms and deck, central air conditioning, wood floors throughout, modern kitchen, as well as an open living room with cathedral ceilings, sky lights, and ceiling fan. Oh, and let's not forget the Outdoor shower!! Pets are NOT permitted. Wifi available during peak months.

The house was exactly as advertised, great location to everything.. beach, coffee shops, bay village, FI etc. Our family has two young kids this was a quick walk to all and no car seats or cars to deal with when heading out. House was clean and the host was great with responding quickly.

We had an amazing time at Pete's house! The house was perfect for our family getaway. The best part was the location - so close to the beach, mini-golf, coffee shops, stores, arcade, water park, church and the bay. We walked everywhere!

We had a rainy week so we were so thankful for the nearby arcade, mini golf, and shops. Kids loved the outside shower and riding bikes in a circle near the beach entrance. Appreciated being able to spread out between the main and top floors when stuck inside.

My family and I were thrilled with this property. Communication with the owner was extremely easy and he responded really fast. The property itself was in pristine condition. Check in - check out was very easy. Could not have asked for a better location. 2 minute walk to the beach? 5 minute walk to any store or attraction. Very pleased

Awesome Location

We had a great time here. Communication with Pete was great. The layout of this place give you multiple places for dining and relaxing. The location is convenient to everything you could want. There was exta propane available which was great as we had small children with us so dining out was difficult. The backyard is huge and completely fenced in. It is also great for toddlers.You do need your own beach chairs and umbrellas. Be careful what you use for beach shelters because the Beach Haven rules are very strict and heavily enforced. See their website before buying anything.I would recommend this place to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay. One suggestion is that the stair treads be removed throughout the house. They are very dirty and some are loose. They do not make a very good first impression and are a cheap fix. Otherwise we had a great time.

Excellent place, so much space for everyone, lovely balconies/decks for amazing views. Location is perfect! Truly the best rental we've ever had! Met Pete our last day, super nice and friendly. Fantastic Week In LBI

My family has a house in Surf City, so I have been coming to LBI for over 40 years. Now that I have a family of my own, we vacationed in Beach Haven with my wife's family. The location could not be beat! I only drove 1-2 times all week. I don't think Beach Haven is lacking in any department and this house is in the heart of it all. Pete was a great host and even helped us out with a few items that we left behind.

Only detraction is that the ground lever suite has no indoor connection to the rest of the house. Owner is incredibly responsive.

Annual Family Vacation

Wonderful family vacation! The location was perfect. Close to the beach and local attractions. Could walk just about any where. There were 6 adults and two kids (14&12), plenty of space for everyone to spread out and comfy gathering places to come together. Hoping to come back next summer.

Three generation vacation

We had thirteen family members. Ages 10, 11, 13, 14, 14, 15, 17, 45, 48, 51, 52, 69, and 72. We were able to figure out sleeping arrangements with younger teens happy to climb into bunks. Plenty of seating and kitchen supplies for everyone to eat at same time. Kitchen equipment was excellent. Kids loved the computer game in dining room. A great surprise. Decks were great, plenty of space for adults to have coffee and read or just relax. Easy walk to beach. Location to arcade and shopping was superb. Easy walks. A new ice cream shop every night! Landlord was great to deal with. Would definitely recommend this rental to families and friends. Stairs might be an issue for toddlers, but other ages would do fine.

We 3 siblings (+ families) have vacationed together on LBI for more than a decade. We lost our favorite house when a new owner stopped renting. Since then I've been in search of a place that will accommodate all of our requirements at a reasonable rate. This house has it all! Spacious, clean, modern, well appointed, fantastic location steps from the beach on a quiet street, a few short blocks to Bay Village & Fantasy Island for the kids, lovely outdoor deck space with ocean views and an accommodating and responsive owner. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone coming with a big family.
