Rear patio with table set for six plus Adirondack chairs by the gas firepit. A Blackstone griddle and Weber gas grill are also available for guests use.

Driveway with off-street parking for 5-6 vehicles.

55" Samsung Smart TV in living room, 55" Samsung Smart TV in basement family room, 32" Samsung Smart TV in main bedroom. Spectrum high speed WiFi.

Tesla Level 2 EV Charger in garage. Garage will be closed to guests who do not require charger.
