Lazy Parrots is a lovely location, quiet with a beautiful garden. Our apartment had a patio, a great place to relax and watch birds and listen to the local howler monkeys. The beach is a short walk and with the provided beach chairs, we spent time on basically our own private beach. Apartment is roomy and comfortable with an adequate kitchen for cooking.Zahra, the host, was welcoming, helpful and available if we needed anything. I would recommend having a car at this location, although taxis and tuks tuks are available. It’s about a 30 minute walk into Puerto Viejo.
