Newly renovated one bedroom apartment with screened outdoor patio and outdoor space. The unit is approximately 1200 SF and was fully renovated. There is a king bed with closet, dresser and nightstands as well as luggage racks. In addition, there is a twin rollaway in the unit that can be easily moved to the living room. The bathroom has a beautifully renovated step-in shower with single vanity and comfort toilet. All the linens are provided. The kitchen table can be configured to seat 6 comfortably or the bench can be used to pull up to work at the desk. The kitchen is fully equipped for long or shorter stays for couples or a family. The living room has a sectional couch, seating area with a view of the Gulf and a nice reading chair. The outside area has an eating area as well as seating area and lounge chairs.

This newly remodeled one bedroom is a spacious, well thought out design includes convenient parking behind the building and off street. Beach chairs, umbrella cooler, toys and a beach wagon made trips across the street to the beach easy; Beach access 11 and a pedestrian cross walk are directly across the street from the unit. Walking distance to pickleball courts and Village dining. We will stay here again.
