The location and proximity to the beach was fantastic with little kids. There is not a playground within walking distance nor the ferris wheel so keep that in mind. The rental company is great to work with, but if the owner needs to get involved expect some delays. Overall this is a great location on a not as busy area of the beach.

Exactly as advertised!

Other than not having linens when we arrived, everything was great. I called the afterhours number and linens were delivered soon after!

Family fun in the sun

This vacation was amazing!!!! The condo and location was the key element to our amazing family vacay. It was even more amazing than described on the website. Ms. Pattie was the sweetest and kept her word on everything. We will be returning.
