Other things to note
Please understand this is the middle floor of 3 units and you may here other guests above and also please be mindful of noise to the lower level. We have a quiet hours policy to help with this.

We are only able to accommodate 1 to 2 (if the 2nd car is very small) parking spaces onsite. Any additional cars will have to find street parking, which is free. The balcony is private, but the patio and amenities in the backyard are shared with other guests.

To book this lovely place, we ask you to agree to a hold on your credit card. It’s just a hold, so we don’t actually take anything from your account the whole stay unless there are damages. Almost always, we’ve not needed to actually use this. 😊 We put this in place a few months ago after a property was left with significant damages. It helps protect us as hosts as well as future guests.

Wonderful property and stay

Good location that was convenient for our stay. We felt safe and walked to restaurants in the evening. Grocery store and pharmacy also within easy walking distance. The house was nicely renovated and had everything we needed.

Clean, Modern, and comfortable!!!

The apartment is bright and full of light. All updated appliances and appears to have been recently remodeled. Very comfortable space. Loved the deck out back. The only thing I wasn't prepared for, earplugs didn't help me but my headphones did, is hearing everything from the unit above. I think it was the unit above last night and they had a good time of it. The beda are very comfortable!!! Other than that I loved the neighborhood and the location. The communication was outstanding!!! I will definitely consider staying here the next time I'm in DC area. Walking distance to restaurants and groceries.

A Perfect Stay

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this property! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hosts were dedicated to providing top-notch service. The house was immaculately clean and felt incredibly welcoming – truly like a home away from home which was particularly important since our stay lasted 3 weeks. Joe went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, offering helpful adjustments to our changing situation and accommodating are personal needs. The hosts were readily and quickly available for all questions and concerns. The location was ideal, close to our family, shops and restaurants. It was tucked away enough to enjoy peaceful moments on the back deck each morning but still allow quick access to the surrounding cities. The dedicated free parking and laundry room were a huge bonus. The attention to detail was impressive. Everything was arranged with the guest in mind. This place sets the standard for thoughtful hospitality! It was such a comfortable and seamless stay, and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, accommodating, and lovely place to stay. We’ll definitely be back!
