You have everything at Melan Villa. Beach, modern upgrade, new furniture, professionally decorated, well stocked , spacious at 1,300 sqft , amazing 9 foot ceilings with double sliding doors to a very spacious balcony.
start your stay enjoying your morning coffee and amazing gulf views and finish your day with glass of wine watching sunsets from the balcony .
Your Master King suite has private entrance to balcony. You are a few steps to white powder sand, local restaurants and night life.
Beautiful condo community. 24 hr security guard. Located across from Panama city beach.
2 parking garages for guest. you will be given parking pass on initial entry. Many local establishments are within walking distance. 7 Elevator available to take you to your floor. Restaurants and shops are on property.
Important: There will be a separate resort fee of $105 that will need to be paid to the resort directly prior to you arrival. I will send you the registration link for your online registration and payment
