Spectacular lake views in every direction. Our 2-story Spanish home sits atop of a hill with a rooftop terrace. Breathtaking sunrise and sunsets can be seen for miles. Enjoy watching desert wildlife with coffee in the morning. Entertain with your family and friends by grilling on the balcony or hanging out around the fire pit. This home is just a 7 minute drive to the School House Boat Launch and 15 minutes to the Marina. There are numerous paths in the area for hiking and ATV riding too!

Paddle board rentals upon request.

Great summer retreat

This is a great house that can accommodate a large family! The kitchen is fully stocked. Views are gorgeous! The driveway can support a truck and boat trailer. This is our second summer staying here. We would definitely stay again!

Awesome Roosevelt Lake House

Jonathan was a great host and his place is amazing. We spent a day on the water at the lake and riding our side x side the next day. The house is close to everything fun at the lake. He has everything you need to enjoy your time at the lake.

Tonto Basin Retreat

From the ease of booking to timely communications from the host to a calm, quiet retreat from life’s hustle and bustle, this is was a top notch experience all around. The lake, Tonto National Monument, several hiking trails, and more are all within a scenic 10-15 minute drive. But sitting on the patio drinking coffee and enjoying the scenery is equally alluring. Five stars all around. We hope to be back someday.

The house is immaculate, very well decorated and huge. Two balconies (one wraparound) with unobstructed views and a rooftop terrace. We enjoyed the firepit in the backyard. Everything was top quality.

Great Lake Weekend

The property was wonderful and very clean! The desert and lake views were outstanding! The house easily accommodated our family of 6. We could have fit a lot more people without being cramped. The house had 3 generously sized bedrooms (2 downstairs, 1 upstairs), 1 full bath with tub/shower downstairs, and 1 half bath with sink only upstairs. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware for making breakfasts and dinners. There is a washer/dryer on premise. The hosts thoughtfully provided dishwashing and laundry pods, in addition to shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The driveway was large enough to turn around and park a large SUV with 23' boat attached. I would definitely recommend to families or groups. There is a lot of space to hang out together or to separate and get time by yourself.

A Peaceful & Serene Spanish Oasis

We had an absolutely fantastic time during our stay at this Spanish Lake Roosevelt home. The house was beyond perfect, providing everything we needed and more. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful, ensuring every touch was just right. The views from the property were simply spectacular, especially from the rooftop deck and balconies. The backyard, securely fenced in for our dogs, was a wonderful addition and allowed us to fully enjoy the outdoor space. The bedrooms were spacious and equipped with huge TVs, making for cozy evenings. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the shower was a delight. We were thoroughly impressed with the prompt and kind communication from our hosts, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Having stayed at numerous VRBO's throughout AZ and San Diego, we can confidently say that this house is at the top of our list. Overall, our time at Lake Roosevelt was blissful and relaxing, thanks to this exceptional rental. We can't wait to return!
