This unique place has a style all its own. A Studio stay like no other!

One pet allowed with a maximum weight of 25 lbs.

Next door is "Shuckers Oyster Bar" (restaurant/bar) open 7 days a week. You can enjoy Blue Plate weekly lunch specials; Happy Hour Mon. - Fri. 4:00 - 7:00; and Saturday/Sunday country breakfast 10:00 - 2:00. Take advantage of the free shuttle Fri. & Sat. nights to Pelican Cove (restaurant/bar) on the water on the Ross Barnett Reservoir.

The stay was fantastic! It was clean and cozy. As a bonus, a live band was playing at the restaurant next door, so we got to sit outside on the porch and enjoy some music! We will be back for sure!

Convenient/Clean/Perfect!

This was my second stay at one of the cottages. The location is perfect for a weekend up at the Rez! All questions have been answered quickly in great detail. Hooty’s Place was impeccably clean, the air conditioner got very cold :), and the spacious porch was a great place to still hear the band from Shucker’s. I will most certainly will be back!
