Although the host company provided excellent communication after booking and up to the day of check in, the information we were given about entering the property included a code to a garage door panel that didn’t work and directions to look under a mat for a door key (which wasn’t there). The property was clean and good-sized, host left snacks and clear directions for staying. Unfortunately the accommodations just seemed “tired”. Beds were saggy, many lamps were missing light bulbs, there was an old broken hairdryer in the main bedroom and one of the garage door openers that was left for us did not work - nor did the garage door keypad which made getting in and out of the house less convenient. Despite the challenges, we figured out how to work around broken things, felt safe in the neighborhood, and thought the location of the property was ideal for us.

Central Meridian Three Bedroom

Overall, the house itself was as advertised. Spacious and well located for access to retail and parks. Inside, appliances and home systems worked fine. These reasons are why we gave it a 4 star rating.We had a five week stay so things that were important to us probably wouldn't impact those with a shorter stay, that being said our concerns were as follows:Most all of the internal appointments (furniture, decorations, utensils, etc.) were very cheap and in some cases shabby. The outside was not kept up at all other than occasional mowing. Landscape debris, dirt, cobwebs and the like were in a seriously unmaintained condition.We had the occasion to speak with the unit owner (not the rental company) who was very helpful with a couple of repair items that were not the responsibility of Family Time Rentals.
