Enjoy Florida's best backyard living in this gorgeous gulf access home! The luxurious formal sitting area offers expansive views of the backyard with floor to ceiling windows and a wet bar. The south facing pool offers loads of sunshine with a full bath right off of the deck. Moor your rental boat along the dock or just enjoy the wildlife cruising by in the canal. BBQ outdoors or dine inside with both casual and formal seating options. Cozy up on the couch or in 2 of the bedrooms to watch TV or take a stroll over to neighboring Cape Harbour where you will find waterfront dining, shopping and live music. Pool heat is $25/day or a reduced monthly rate. Please specify what type, breed, and size of pet for approval. The pet fee is $150/pet/stay.
