The Five Starfish Inn.
A cute little fully renovated vacation rental on Galveston Island on the Gulf of Mexico. Located 1 block from the Seawall providing easy beach access. This charming 820 square foot beach themed house is located within blocks of bike & golf cart rentals, 3 local bars, restaurants, corner store, local liquor store, and the new Lucine Hotel outdoor Patio Bar and restaurant . The house includes one queen bed, full kitchen, full bath, and laundry facilities. It’s the perfect Island getaway for two!
Living Space:
Relax in the comfy living room with a full size couch and love seat and a 45” smart TV. Free WiFi and high speed internet. Netflix is included or you can log into your own account to enjoy HBO, Prime, Hulu and more. Central AC/heat, with ceiling fans in every room. The front porch is great for sipping coffee or wine and listening to the waves of the Gulf of Mexico.
Bedroom:
The bedroom includes a iCloud Queen mattress with quality bedding and pillows for your comfortable and restorative night’s sleep. **” Smart TV. Headboard includes bedside reading lights with bedside USB charging ports for your devices. Extra pillows, blankets and linens available.
Bathroom:
Beautiful crisp clean bathroom includes full-size tub and shower. Bath towels, hairdryer, hand held clothing steamer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap are provided .
Kitchen:
Prepare a meal or order in. The kitchen is fully equipped with glasses, wine glasses, mugs, plates, bowls, silverware and cooking utensils.
Coffee/ Tea Bar includes drip coffee maker, and Keurig. Blender, toaster, dishwasher and cute vintage microwave included. An initial serving of Keurig coffee, tea, creamer and sugar serving is provided. Electric stovetop range & oven. Pots/ pans, baking sheet, salt & pepper.
Dining Area:
The dining area has a sturdy butcher block table with seating for 4.
Outside:
Fire up the propane grill on the backyard paved patio space. Seating area in both backyard and front porch for your enjoyment. Free parking on street with provided parking pass. One security camera with sound located at outside front entrance door. Keyless, contactless front door entry. Full size trash can available in backyard.
Safety:
4 smoke detectors. Two fire extinguishers. First Aid Kit. No carbon monoxide monitor as NO gas source on the property. Security camera outside front door. Backyard motion detector light.
Laundry Room:
A full sized new washer and dryer are on property with 2 complimentary travel size Tide laundry detergent and 2 Bounce dryer sheets provided. Bath towels, medium towels, hand, face and makeup clothe provided. 2 large beach towels, 2 folding chairs, foam ice chest provided as well as a good sized beach wagon to take chairs and belongings to the beach.
Other Things to Know:
The area is a block from beach in historical neighborhood it requires a parking pass. The PARKING PASS costs 500$ to replace per city ordinances!! Please don’t lose it. You will be responsible for replacement cost. The pass says Seawall but it is for the neighborhood only...not for the actual Seawall. They may ticket you.
Quiet hours are 10pm to 8 am per city ordinances.
During your stay we give you your space but we are available by phone or text. We live on island if needed for anything during your stay.
