About this property

Cozy studio apartment at the base of South Mountain

Relax and unwind while you enjoy hiking the beautiful Sonoran desert at your backdoor. Hike South Mountain Park with over 36,000 acres of trails. Country living at its best and only 20 minutes from downtown Phoenix. This is a studio apartment that is located on my 2-acre property. Close to shopping, gyms, casinos, and freeways. Easy access to all areas of the valley. Completely furnished apartment down to the utensils. It is equipped with an 86” TV with access to sports and unlimited movies.

This is a 900 sq. ft. studio apartment. It is an open concept.

We own 3 lively, beautiful and rambunctious Dalmatians named Gados, Frannie and Jexi. They are in a separate gated area of the property and may bark when you arrive. If you’re not a dog lover, that’s ok. Please let the host know if you have any issues.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Super location for hiking

Loved this place! The hosts were nice and helpful. No hot tub as listed so I think that meant bathtub. Check in details came in multiple messages during day of check in. It would have been much better to have gotten it all in one the day prior as I was traveling the day of with limited service. Other than those two little issues it was ideal. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect!

Beautiful king sized bed in a huge studio apartment with full kitchen and bathroom with a washer and dryer. The way it was decorated and arranged made the stress from traveling just fall away. Knowing we had a 'home' away from home made our conference a much more enjoyable experience. We loved staying here and hope to return. Our hosts Patrick and Jan were awesome. Their kindness and obvious care for both the property and their guests is apparent in am they do. They have three beautiful dalmatians and though they bark when you arrive and leave, they are not at all disruptive when you are inside. The views are gorgeous and worth the short drive into downtown.
