Good views although I wouldn’t stay again

Good views although I wouldn’t stay again… Shower stopped working while having a shower, there was no central heating and it was really cold when we got there, we mentioned it and got some electric heaters instead, we run out of power twice as it’s a top-up one, it was sorted quick anyway, other than that a nice pan and cutlery would have been great Property Manager was kind and useful

unacceptable cleanliness

this flat couldn't have been cleaned for a long time, It was disgusting the balcony had four pigeons trapped inside the netting and had pigeon mess all over the place. the kitchen had a packet with mouldy bread on the side, the draining board was full of pots left to dry, and the oven tray had not been cleaned. The bathroom was the worst of all. The sink had thick black hair in it looked as if someone had trimmed a beard and just left it, the shower was bad just filthy from the doors which you could hardly see through because of the dirt to the door runners which were thick grim. the Velux window had been left open and so the rain came in wetting the carpet and making it stink and also a blind missing from the bedroom letting the sunlight in. on the plus side, the bedding was clean
