- - Bedrooms - -

The beautifully decorated bedrooms are a wonderful place to come back to after a day of exploring Gilbert or after some games at Legacy Sports Complex. With three stylish rooms with comfortable beds and pillows (we taking sleeping very serious), there’s plenty of space for your group.

The master suite has a plush king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet and a luxurious ensuite bathroom that provides plenty of privacy!

Step into the second and third bedrooms to find an amazingly comfortable queen size bed, plenty of storage in the closet and everything you need to relax. We also made sure there were plenty of charging ports nearby to keep your devices charged - just bring the proper cable!


- - Bathrooms - -

The luxurious bathrooms are equipped with high-end, high flow, Kohler systems for a relaxing shower or bath after a day of adventures.

The master bedroom ensuite features a walk-in shower with front facing shower head + rain above that can be operated in any configuration you want. There is a custom dual vanity that features independent lighting control + a powered make up mirror so that you can prep in the morning (or evening) without disturbing your partner with light.

And the best part? The bathroom even has a bluetooth surround speaker system to listen to your favorite music (or podcast) while you shower and get ready for the day!

The main bathroom is located in the hallway between the two bedrooms and includes a shower / tub combination. This is also a high-end Kohler system with different settings that allow you to control the flow.

There is also powder room conveniently located downstairs.

Towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided for your convenience so you can pack light!


- - Kitchen & Dining - -

The fabulous kitchen, dining and downstairs area as a whole has a cozy open concept design so everyone can make memories together. You can get your day started with a cup of coffee from the dual function Keurig machine. Or cook a delicious meal on the gas range. You'll find pots, pans, bowls, appliances, utensils and everything else you would need for a fully equipped kitchen.

When it's time to eat there are two seats at the kitchen counter along with the dinning table. So you'll have plenty of space to hang out and relax as a group.


- - Living Room + Lounge Loft - -

The downstairs living room features a comfortable couch, TV with soundbar, quick access to the patio and plenty of windows to take in the natural scenery of the neighborhood.

Upstairs you will find the lounge loft that is made to entertain (and keep the kids busy for a long time). There is a Simpsons arcade machine, TV, sitting area, books and plenty of space for boardgames.


- - Outdoor Spaces - -

When you're ready to grill and chill you can head out to the patio to fire up the Weber gas grill, play some cornhole and enjoy the evening. We've outfitted the area with charming string lights so you can take the festivities well into the evening.

There is a greenbelt, that's shaded by mature trees, in front where you can pass a ball, play catch and just run around. The pool area + ramada is just steps away from the house and you can enjoy it any time of the year since it is heated. A full size playground, swing set + additional ramada is also available for the kiddos near the property.

As you continue to explore the community you will have access to multiple basketball courts, additional playgrounds, two more pools and plenty of space to have fun.


- - Laundry Room + Garage - -

Need to keep your clothes clean? Have a uniform that needs washing between games? Don't want to leave the Town of Gilbert with dirties? Or maybe the kids just had a little too much fun. No worries -We have a washer and dryer, pods and dryer sheets available for your convenience.

You also have the ability to park your car inside our garage if that is what you prefer.
