It is just 11 meters from the sea and on land with more than 1000m², it has 500m² built, finely decorated, Florida Style, perfect finish, wide view of the sea, beautiful garden.

There are 5 suites with sea view, air conditioning, balcony, queen size beds, decorated, with a 50m² master suite, whirlpool, closet, king size bed, balcony. 2 toilets.

1st floor: 50m² party room, beautiful bamboo ceiling, bar, barbecue, beautiful view of the sea, swimming pool and deck in front, refrigerator and air conditioning.

We loved our stay! The home offers an outstanding view, and Silvan connected us with Fabio, the caretaker, who was extremely helpful and attentive. The location is fantastic. The only minor issues were the grill’s height adjustment and the kitchen lighting at night. Overall, it’s a beautiful home in an amazing location.

This is one of the best house we been, wonderful views, and they help us in everything we need such about restaurants , how to used the jacuzzi, even getting a taxi for my son back to Rio at night time . I definitely rent this house again . Thank you for all your help .

Home away from home

Some places you stay feel like a hotel others feel like home. The caretaker Fábio and his wife Glaucia are the differential of this beautiful property. You need at least one week in this paradise!

Amazing property

Beautiful house, with amazing views. Most days we could see sea turtles in the bay from the pool! The churrasco area was amazing, the hosts were super responsive, and Buzios was beautiful. The house is even better than what it looks like in the pictures - highly recommend it.

Awesome vacation!

Everything went pretty well. The weather was amazing and we had a great time! The house keeper was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend hiring the house cleaner as she knows the house and even set up breakfast for us!! Such a nice lady! We had more than 10 people counting the kids, but the owner was very accommodating in providing 2 mattresses for the little ones. Awesome views, and secluded vibe! Great to relax for 5 days there!

Amazing house with infinity pool on Ferradura Bay - water front.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a magnificent house in Ferradura, Buzios. This expansive property sits right on the water, allowing you to descend a few rocks for a private natural pool experience. The house is impeccably cared for by Fabio and his wife, who proved to be both communicative and incredibly helpful in navigating the local attractions. The communications with the owners were also timely. The infinity pool is a dream, making it hard to leave. I would undoubtedly stay again and would gladly give it a 10-star review if possible!

Amazing house, incredible views!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this fantastic and spacious place. The house is very well designed, airy, and perfectly integrated with the beautiful nature outside and has direct access to the sea through a rocky path. Soaking in the pool and admiring the panorama were two of our favorite activities and nobody wanted to leave the house! Fábio, Selma and Nildo were always available and ready to answer any questions we might have. Many thanks to them! I enthusiastically recommend this well-equipped house with numerous pleasant living spaces (including a dreamy master bathroom with a Jacuzzi) and spectacular sea views.

Won't want to leave!

Wonderful stay, house was very nice, Fabio was the absolute best, such a wonderful and caring person. We will miss you! If I had one warning, be aware of the mosquitoes, we had to purchase some spray to keep them away at night and at least for me, i was unable to enjoy the open doors / windows at night and the sound of the water as the mosquitoes were relentless. one night I had absolutely no sleep as i was hiding under the sheets. As with any rental, there were a few items in need of repair / replacement, but we lacked for nothing and if there was anything we needed, Fabio was there to help us! Would absolutely return to this wonderful home. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Great memories that will last a lifetime. (btw, Fabio assisted us out out the kindness of his heart).

Probably Fabio warned you about closing the bedrooms doors before the end of the afternoon so that they dont come in. Family stay in February

The house inside is stunning and the views were beautiful across the bay. Our welcome from Fabio was very good, even down to carrying all our suitcases. The outdoor areas, especially the balcony and downstairs decking need some attention as they are showing signs of age. Air conditioning is good, beds comfortable, showers very good. Lighting in some rooms rather dark and a few bulbs needed replacing. The pool clouded over one day, but Fabio sorted it out very quickly. Fabio and his wife cooked an amazing dinner for us one night. Very yummy! Only slight issue was that we don't speak Portuguese, so Google translate was very handy. Drinking water is provided as you can't drink the tap water there. For us (all adults), it worked very well. Shame we were not a bit closer to Buzios Centre, but it is only a 15 minute taxi ride. Thank you Fabio for a lovely week.

A casa é um espetáculo. As fotos não mostram como de fato é. Ela é mais bonita pessoalmente ! Super espaçosa, confortável, cheirosa e com ambientes pra gente ficar reunido. Foi ótimo poder levar nossos pets tb! A decoração é impecável e deixa a casa muito aconchegante ! As suítes são maravilhosas, destaque pra suíte master c hidromassagem ! A vista é deslumbrante, dormimos e acordamos c o som das ondas. Não fomos à pé pra praia pq estávamos c crianças pequenas e na volta teria uma subida. Fábio é super presente e não deixa faltar nada ! Até as toalhas foram trocadas no meio da nossa estadia! Suuuper recomendo essa propriedade, vale muito à pena ! Foi a escolha certa pra nossa família.

Todo perfecto ,mejor cuando se está allí . La atención de 10000 por 1000 tanto Silvania (dueña de la casa que es súper servicial y profesional ) Fabio y su mujer Glaucia hicieron más que el deber siempre atentos y preocupados de nuestra estancia . Lo recomiendo sin lugar a dudas . Cuando volvamos a Buzios iremos de nuevo a la villa . Fue una excelente experiencia . Gracias por todo y por cuidar al detalle de todo .

A casa é surreal, linda, enorme, bem conservada e com a decoração impecável. Muito limpa e pronta para nos receber. Um ponto muito positivo é ter banheiros em todos os quartos, mais dois fora. Um verdadeiro luxo e paraíso. O caseiro Fábio foi impecável do início ao fim, sempre solícito, educado e agradável, nos atendeu prontamente em tudo que precisamos. A Silvania, dona do imóvel, também esteve sempre disponível e nos atendeu com muita gentileza. A Elisa nos ajudou com o café da manhã e foi ótima também.
