Come see what this brand new (built in 2022) 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom riverfront condo has to offer. With a community manager setting up fitness classes, sunset happy hours, and even holiday parties, you will have endless opportunities for fun! We are across the street from the beach in a beautiful new gated community. Family and pet friendly, you can bring everyone! Come enjoy a night, or a month and enjoy the endless Florida summer! We are about two miles away from the grocery store so stalking up for your trip will be seamless. There are many restaurants and coffee shops close by as well. The perfect location for a perfect vacation!

Great condo, great location!!

This condo is every bit of the stunning pictures shown on line. The condo is new, beautiful and great sunset views from the balcony. The property manager, Courtney was great at communicating throughout our stay if we needed something. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. We had almost everything we needed! Wine refrigerator and the beautiful glasses were an unexpected nice touch too! We are avid wine drinkers and were very excited to have our wine stored at cellar temp. The views from the balcony to the river are spectacular. The ocean is a short walk across the street. Best of both worlds! Highly recommend staying here if you are in the area!!

Why they chose this property

I moved to Melbourne Beach two years ago from Orlando so I know the area well! I decided the beach life was the way to go. I enjoy the quiet serenity as well as the endless activities. I have to pinch myself everyday because I can't hardly believe I get to live here. Florida really is the most amazing place

What makes this property unique

The property is directly waterfront and across the street from the beach! We have a community manager who hosts events such as fitness classes, sunset happy hours, holiday parties, etc. We are a gated community so it is secure and Melbourne Beach is incredibly quiet yet close to many fun activities, shops, restaurants and bars!
