OUTDOOR LIVING AREAS: Three decks with outdoor seating, two on the front of the property with exceptional panoramic views and one deck on the backside of property with a view up a mountain where the Bocce ball and Horseshoe courts are located. Wonderful spaces to enjoy the spectacular views, hiking and wildlife.

The property was very easy to get into and had great, peaceful views. We enjoyed our time on the deck and watching for different wildlife. It was super clean and had great individual bedrooms and a perfect living room/dining room for everyone to be able to chat at.
Nice peaceful property with a good vista view. The home is equipped with everything for a comfortable stay. It is also full of eclectic art which we enjoyed. The place also has a great outside deck for hanging out. The owner was very accommodating and communication was simple.
The house was all it said it was on VRBO and more. It was comfortable, well stocked and had beautiful views.
Our family had a fun Thanksgiving weekend. Janelle and her son, Hunter, were terrific!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. The location was fabulous for hiking and exploring the foothills - Evergreen, Red Rocks, Tiny Town are all extremely close by. Communication with the manager was also extremely easy and quick.
What a beautiful house in a gorgeous location. Our host Janelle could not have been more welcoming and accommodating, and had decorated the whole house for Christmas before our arrival. We had a wonderful white Christmas and highly recommend this lovely spot and gracious host.
Janelle’s house was perfect for a long weekend with old friends. There was more than enough room for the six of us. All the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could want or need to create and enjoy group meals. We enjoyed all the out door spaces, including the bocce ball court, and the hiking trail. Janell met us when we checked in, and promptly answered any questions we had while we were there. Everyone in the group said they’d love to rent the house again.
I had family in town for my daughters high school graduation, and it was so nice to stay in one home. The house is so beautiful! The open floor plan and view out from the living room is breathtaking!
This is a second family home originally designed by my aunt, a high end interior designer, as a place for friends and family to enjoy being together and having fun times.
Why they chose this property
This property was designed to be a family gathering place for our family and friends. It has been furnished with many antiques and items from our grand parents and even great grandparents. An example of this is the silverware which belonged to my great grandmother and was purchased in 1902. The floors have a number of antique oriental rugs that our family have collected thru the years. I think you will find there is a great deal of care and detailing throughout the house that is not common with most rental propeties. Large original art collection including books documenting the artists.
If you love to cook and entertain then this is the house for you.
