The Space:
This fantastic residence features a spacious light-filled living room with large flat screen TV, comfortable sleeper sofa, loveseat, and a desk area perfect for taking Zoom calls while soaking in the rich sunlight that pours through your living room windows. The kitchen features modern appliances, a wrap around peninsula with granite countertops, as well as all of the cookware and outfitting you will need to prepare gourmet meals right in the comfort of your accommodation. The area adjacent to the kitchen features a large dining table with seating capacity for five guests.

The master bedroom features a comfy king bed, en-suite bathroom, and walk-in closet. The updated en-suite bathroom has a tiled tub shower combination. The guest bedroom has 2 new comfortable full beds. The updated guest bathroom has a newly tiled shower with glass sliding doors a solid surface vanity. Washer and Dryer in the condo. Two bikes included with guest rentals.

Beautiful Sanibel

The condo is very convenient with beach access and pool, specially for little ones. Everything was as expected, very happy with lots of very nice and new beach chairs and 4 bicycles.

Susan was a wonderful host. She responded right away to questions before and during our stay. She even ordered a large coffee maker for us large coffee drinkers! The condo had everything we needed. We appreciated the use of bicycles, tennis racquets, pickleball paddles, beach chairs and umbrellas. The kitchen had plenty of cookware and cooking utensils. We also appreciated being able to do laundry. The location is perfect. We enjoyed easy access to the pool and beach.

Spacious unit with everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed use of bicycles, as well as pickle ball and basketball courts. Pool area is spacious and access to beach is very convenient. Owners made themselves easily available

A nice week on Sanibel

Our second year in Compass Point 232. Location was great - we could walk 2 miles to the lighthouse in the morning and then enjoy the day on the beach. The locker was well supplied with chairs and an umbrella for the beach. Condo was great too. Susan was easy to work with as a host.

As of April 2025, this condo has been update and very clean and comfortable. It has everything you might need for inside the kitchen to games to laundry to beach and pool toys. I highly recommend it.

Charming Sanibel Condo, great location

What a beautiful place to stay! We had a lovely time. Great location - 1/2 way between the lighthouse & casa ybel, so convenient to great restaurants, nice pool, host was amazing! We loved using the bikes and beach chairs. Just wonderful! We'd been going to same house for decades but destroyed in hurrican -- this vrbo made us feel right at home. Jyst loved it!

Spring Break 2024

Our Spring Break stay was amazing! The condo was absolutely beautiful and in an excellent location!!! The condo was clean and fully stocked with everything needed to make a perfect vacation! Full stocked Kitchen, washer/dryer, beach chairs, towels and bikes to take a ride around the island. The pool was heated and the beach was a short walk. Susan was amazing to rent from. We’ll definitely return!!!!!

Great property

We were so glad to return to Sanibel post-Ian and were very pleased with Susan's unit. Everything is freshly renovated, clean and well-supplied. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues (no fault of the owner's) and they were very quick to get them resolved. Compass Point has a nice pool and easy access to the beach. Couldn't ask for more. Glad to be booked again for next year!

Fabulous condo and amenities!

My family of 5 (3 children ages 21, 17 and 16) stayed here for Christmas week. It was absolutely wonderful! It had everything we needed - spacious rooms, bikes, beach chairs, towels, etc. So clean and perfect. We cooked Christmas dinner and enjoyed it on the screened porch with a view of the ocean. We went in the heated pool, played shuffle board, basketball and tennis. All around fabulous! Highly recommend. Happy Holidays!

Sanibel Treasure

Compass Point is on the larger end of Sanibel's Condos and is in a great location. Susan could not have been a more charming host. The unit was cheerful, well equipped and comfortable. We had a tiny issue that was addressed immediately and professionally. We also received some expert shelling advice. We did not find the Junonia but hope to be welcomed back to this lovely home sometime soon!
