This sun-filled and spacious retreat blends modern luxury with comfort, offering a perfect mix of elegance and convenience. Just steps from the T station and with ample free street parking, it's ideal for both relaxation and exploration.

Step into the stylish living room via convenient keyless entry and unwind on the leather sofa and armchairs. Enjoy entertainment on the 55” Roku smart TV, complete with local channels and streaming access. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, Keurig, and electric kettle. Dine at the cozy table for four or enjoy your coffee on the front porch.

Both bedrooms are equipped with Roku TVs, sound machines, and luggage racks. One has a king bed, the other a queen plus a desk for remote work. A bathroom with a tub/shower combo and in-unit washer/dryer add convenience.

Amenity highlights include high-speed Wi-Fi, TVs in all rooms, washer/dryer, and free street parking. Up to two pets are welcome with a \$75 nonrefundable fee. Please note: security cameras are installed at the front and back entrances and record audio and video at all times. No parties permitted.
