This is a beautiful property in Phoenix has all of the amenities brand new remodel done very recently has an arcade for kit children and a Jacuzzi in the back of the house is great for a family of 5-7

NO AC IN PHOENIX IN SUMMER!!

We were moved from the listed property at the last minute to a house with a non functioning AC Unit. I messaged the owner who assured me it was new & would be fine. There was a small floor fan in the master bedroom which proved them to be dishonest. Why need a fan if the AC is new as they claim? I assume that’s why the property had not been rented for over 3 weeks. The house had not been cleaned; soiled sheets, used towels on restroom floors & shower stalls, muddy bathtub, dirty countertops&!urine stained toilets. I have photos & video to prove my claim. We demand a full refund. Thank you.

Great place overall

The inside was like new, only minor things were a closet door and a towel rod but they did not distract from the very large, recently renovated feel of the home. I didn't notice that there was no garage until I got there, but it wasn't really a problem. There was no problem with neighbors, but neighbor yards and home weren't as well kept. All in all the location was central to the 3 ballparks we attended and close to the airport.

Ideal crash pad for golf trip

This house was the perfect place to recharge during a buddies trip: convenient location and plenty of space. Will definitely book again.

Host error, wasn’t able to stay

The screen door was locked so we were unable to get to the door to push the code for the house. The Vrbo supervisor stayed in touch with us but said he was not able to come unlock the door until 9pm, so we had to cancel last minute after buying all our groceries & other things.
