Guest have access to a parking spot in the driveway, full casita access, and community pools.

Home is located in gated community Indian Palms Country Club. Close to many attractions such as Palm Springs, Old Town La Quinta, Joshua Tree, El Paseo, and more! The neighborhood features a 27 hole championship golf course, a clubhouse for food and drinks. It also has Tennis Courts, Pickle-ball Courts and a Gym available for use.



When entering the community, you must enter the front gate on Monroe Street @ Indian Palms County Club. To exit, you can use closest gate on Jackson, or the front @ Monroe street. Uber and Lyfts are welcomed. Over night street parking is not allowed doing so may lead to a fine or a ticket.



The Casita is it’s own private space. Owner occupies the main home. If pool key is misplaced there will be a $25 fee.
