The space
The loft opened in October/22 is one of the 5 chalets of Barlavento Villas - A villa designed A150m OF ITAGUAÇU BEACH, with beautiful garden, swimming pool and lounge, perfect for couples and families. The loft sleeps 4 people, being a couple in the en-suite and two people on the mezzanine that is in the living room. Possibility to accommodate a child on the living room sofa.
It has a full kitchen, 1 bathroom in the en-suite with a separate shower, toilet and sink, for greater privacy.
On the balcony, a shower overlooking Pico do Baepi makes the accommodation more special.
In the common area, a beautiful and cozy swimming pool surrounded by orchids, 1.50m deep and a small shallow part with 50cm, sun loungers and a post beach shower.
In the center of the villa, the lounge, decorated with a light clothesline and armchairs, for rest in the garden.
We have 1 parking space available per house. Free parking is allowed on the street.
