4 BR, 2 1/2 Bath 2-story 2800 sqft home offers plenty of space for all of your family and friends. Enjoy the wonderful lake view & sunsets from the kitchen, dining, living & bedrooms upstairs & downstairs.
Play foosball & Ping Pong or simply relax & soak up the sun in the large glass enclosed sunroom; watch the ducks, geese, turtles and waterfowl that come to visit or go fishing from the backyard. Not to mention the gorgeous 180 degree view of the lake sunset every evening!

Lakefront Bliss

This property was spacious, clean, and comfortable. My family was able to relax, share meals, and play games together at the dining room table. We especially enjoyed the view of the lake. We all kept finding ourselves taking a moment to gaze out a window at the lake. I recommend this property to anyone visiting the Irving area.

Close to Dallas, but away from it all!

Lovely, quiet, and spacious home! Lots of comfortable places to relax and incredible views of Irving Lake. Andrew and Joy were quick to respond to when we had questions and made us feel welcome. We would definitely stay again when we return to Dallas. Thanks =)
