Misleading and poor customer service

We did not realize this was four separate hotel rooms until immediately after we booked it. We were under the impression it was a four bedroom unit. We realized our mistake right away and contacted room picks within 10 minutes of booking. We explained that we were traveling with minors and were uncomfortable staying apart from them in a hotel and asked that they would please consider refunding us. They were terrible to work with and refused to accommodate. We also asked if they would be willing to give us a credit to use in the future and they again refused. We will never use this host again. The staff on site at the hotel were lovely however
