Splash Mountain Lodge is a professionally managed, brand new custom luxury pool cabin completed in December 2023 and located in the upscale Watersong community near Ellijay, Georgia. This spacious retreat offers a private indoor heated pool, expansive deck space, accessibility-friendly features, and premium amenities ideal for families and larger groups seeking comfort, privacy, and year-round enjoyment.

Awesome Vacation Home for Large Family

This was an amazing home for our family to meet for a Christmas vacation. Kids loved the indoor pool and adults loved the hot tub. Outside patios were very nice, especially upstairs with the outdoor fireplace. It was extremely cold during our stay so we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor areas as much as we wanted, but we hope to return again! Bedrooms and baths are well located throughout the house to give everyone their privacy. We highly recommend this home and rental company!

One of our Best Vacations ever

We absolutely loved our stay Splash Mountain. The rooms and living area were perfect for our family. The house looked brand new. The view being nestled in the Blue Ridge mountains was spectacular. The indoor pool was quite unique and served us well. This family vacation has become a tradition for nearly 20 years and Splash Mountain will be one of our fondest memories.

Wonderful mountain getaway

On short notice, we booked a getaway to the Splash Mountain Lodge. We picked this option because of the indoor heated swimming pool and it did not disappoint. We used it at least twice a day everyday of our trip. My children were in heaven and enjoyed exploring this massive mountain vacation home.

Family Time

My husband and I were stayed here with our children and grandchildren to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The house and setting were beautiful and accommodated all of us comfortably. It was more beautiful in person than online. The house was very clean and offered lots of activities without leaving the property; swimming, hot tub, ping pong, corn hole. The management company responded to our questions immediately and was pleasant to work with. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home!

The house was perfect for our group. Very well appointed, spacious and so much to do. From the pool, the hot tub, ping pong, enjoying an evening around the fire pit, hiking in the neighborhood or a short drive to Amicalola Falls, there was something for everyone to enjoy. The rental experience was super easy and hassle free. Overall, this was a great stay; highly recommend!!

We had an awesome girls' weekend at Splash Mountain. The property was clean and gorgeous. You can easily park 6 SUVs/minivans in the driveway, plus a 7th vehicle alongside the road. The paved driveway is short and not hilly, plus there is a nice wheelchair ramp to the front entrance; this was especially appreciated today because of the rain. The floorplan of the house was brilliant, providing a bathroom for every bedroom. We loved the multiple porches, wide and spacious kitchen, large dining table, hanging chairs, comfortable and clean patio furniture, pool, downstairs' fridge, and hot tub. A lot of nice "extra" touches such as a garlic press, wood for the fire pit, and sufficient number of garbage cans shows the owner's understanding of what makes renters want to return. Had a few minor issues during the stay (e.g., smoke detector went off) but the property management team was very quick to answer the phone to help us out. We look forward to coming back to this gem in the future.

So Many Memories

In a day and age where technology is readily available at all of our fingertips, it was amazing to go to this home and unplug. All of my children truly enjoyed the amenities; pool, ping pong, hotub, and fire pits. We even put together the puzzle as a family. So many memories were made. We are definitely renting again next year.

The property, the view, beautiful foliage and an amazing and hard working support house keeping staff!!! The Best by far the most beautiful and wonderful vacation spot ever taken!!! Thanks to Ronica for being such a professional and inspiring support staff!!!!! She is a must have before and during your stay!!!! There wasn't anything reported to her or higher that went unattended or ignored for a long period of time! Everything was immediately attended to within 30 minutes. This is a well worth location to visit!!!!

Incredible mountain house!

Our family had a truly remarkable time staying in this house! There were 13 total family members and we felt like we all had plenty of room. The amenities can’t be beat! We enjoyed the indoor pool, hot tub, fire pit, and ping pong table. The house was well equipped with appliances, utensils, towels, and pretty much anything you may need. There were a few minor inconveniences such as some broken door handles, outlets that didn’t work, and a lot of dust/dirt in some areas. The property owner/manager was very prompt about replying to us and offered for the house to be cleaned the morning after checkin, though we politely declined. This house is what mountain vacation dreams are made of! We would definitely recommend staying here

We had a wonderful stay at this rental! The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. It had most, if not all, of the essentials we needed for our stay. One area for improvement would be the inclusion of bathroom essentials such as shampoo, soap, and conditioner. Providing these would enhance the convenience for guests. Additionally, considering the purchase of a Sonos system for key areas like the kitchen, pool, and patio would be a great upgrade. It would significantly enhance the overall experience with high-quality sound. Unfortunately, the sound quality on the TV was quite poor, so improving this aspect would be highly beneficial. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this rental. With a few minor tweaks, it could be even better!

Modern and beautiful home in wooded neighborhood

We had five couples and spent a long weekend here. The home is new on the market and it’s lovely. It’s tucked in the woods not too far away from the charming town of Ellijay and a short drive (30 minutes or less) to Amicalola Falls, Fort Mountain and town of Blue Ridge. The design of the home provides plenty of central flex and lounge spaces with bedrooms off to the side for privacy and quiet. Bunk room is upstairs (main floor), btw. The back porch faces west which provided some nice sunsets while relaxing in the hot tub. Photos are accurate in this listing and the management team was very responsive. Use the directions provided from the owner. As of this posting, location on Google and Apple Maps is still getting worked out since it’s a new street and neighborhood. I rarely go back to a place I've stayed, but this one I would reconsider.
