Eagle Ridge Lakes - Just minutes from Whole Foods shopping center with Panera Bread and many other restaurants. Just opened Cooper's hawk Winery & Restaurant. Also minutes from I-75 and the SW FL International Airport. If you are a Boston Red Sox fan or Minnesota Twins fan, the stadiums are both just minutes away. Also just a short drive to the beaches. The community boasts a large swimming pool with hot tub and separate lap pool as well as club house with billiards and work out facilities with sauna and tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard, basketball, kids playground and an area where you can setup bocce ball or croquet or ladder golf etc. The unit has two bedrooms and 2 baths and is setup with a queen bed for two in the master, full size bed can sleep two in the second bedroom with single bed above and room for another kido below and the couch folds out into a full size that can sleep two. 2 car attached garage fits at least one car with plenty of chairs, pool floats, games etc for the family to have a blast. Fully furnished and turnkey.
