Situated on 2.5 acres of forested land that directly borders Tamarack Resort, The Wildwood is an escape from everyday life that offers an elevated experience with amenities like a hot tub, a sauna, and a heated paver driveway.

This home was thoughtfully designed by Portland architect Matt Lamb with intentionality and purpose that shines through in every square inch. The unobstructed views of Lake Cascade and the East Mountains are stunning and can be enjoyed from the sprawling front porch, the living room, or the loft!

Outside: On the front porch of course you'll enjoy the stunning views. On the side porch, you'll enjoy a large covered deck, an outdoor dining area, and a premium saltwater hot tub from Hot Springs Spas that comfortably seats 8. On the back porch, you'll find more seating and views up West Mountain and our beautiful grove of Tamarack Trees. Additionally, behind the home, you'll find our brand-new insulated sauna completely lined on the inside with western red cedar. Finally, you'll enjoy access to 2.5 wooded acres for hikes in the summer and fall, and snowshoeing in the winter.

Kitchen: The kitchen is the heart of the open-concept main floor and features a stunning quartz waterfall island, GE Cafe Series appliances, and beautiful open shelving. For coffee lovers, you'll find a complete line-up of Fellow Brand coffee products complete with a scale, a grinder, and a kettle for beautiful pour-over coffee in our Chemex, or large batch brewing in our Moccamaster brewer. We provide each guest with a complimentary bag of fresh locally roasted coffee.

Living Room: The living room features 2 genuine leather sofas and two swivel chairs to allow you to soak in the views. A modern propane fireplace with a remote control is perfect for relaxing after a long day at the slopes or a quiet morning while you watch the sunrise. A large leather ottoman completes the space along with inspiring and tasteful decor and a ceiling fan.

Loft: The loft is our second living space that is open to the great room below. It features another TV, a sitting area with two leather chairs, and a Polly and Bark leather couch with a memory foam sofa bed inside. From the second level you'll have stunning unobstructed views of Lake Cascade.

Bunk Room: On the lower level, you'll find our super fun and adventurous bunk room featuring three built-in bunks! The room is decorated in a fun mountain theme and it's the perfect place for the kids to crash after a long day on the slopes or in the lake.

Main Level Bedroom: On the main level you'll find a luxurious room with a built-in queen bed-nook finished with a modern slat wall and gold wall sconces and cubbies for your phone and personal items.

Upper-level Master Bedrooms: Yes...master bedrooms plural! This home features two stunning identical master bedrooms on the upper floor each with their own en-suite bathroom. The rooms feature king beds, soaring vaulted ceilings with towering windows looking out onto pristine forest land.

Bathrooms: The bathrooms feature premium finishes like modern tile, gold hardware, floating vanities, dimmable lights, and a gorgeous modern aesthetic.

Entry: The main level entry includes a built-in storage and coat hanging cabinet, plenty of space for shoes and boots, and plenty of natural light from all the massive windows.
