Cook gourmet meals in the well-stocked kitchen, complete with full-size fridge. The bright and airy interior features a tranquil color scheme and an open layout. This clean and modern guest space also comes with a roomy bathroom and hardwood floors.
The space
The newly built guest house is located behind the main house above the garage. Studio space that comes with a kitchenette including fridge, microwave, and a small dining area. There is a cozy queen sized bed, small seating area, flat screened TV and good sized bathroom with a standup shower. Stay cool during the summer with central cooling.

Easy, clean and convenient

Perfect place for me while visiting my daughter at DU. Great location and walkable to shops and food. Would definitely stay again vs a hotel.

About the host

Your host

We've lived here for fifteen years. Originally from Kansas City. We love Denver for the sunshine, outdoor sports, and all of the activities. We knew this was the neighborhood that we wanted to raise our children in. It's in the city, but also feels like a small town.
My favorite thing about hosting is meeting people and giving them the opportunity to experience this neighborhood and the things that I love aobut it so much!

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborbood because of it's incredible walkability. We love having restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, boutiques, and breweries to walk to. It's a bonus to have Wash Park within biking and running distance as well. We knew instantly that this was the perfect spot for us!

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique because it is a detached apartment above our garage. We are on the property to help you with whatever you need, but your space is completely separate, private, and cozy.
