** Each guests during your stay is provided with 1 towel, 1 wash cloth, 1 hand towel**

**Guests receive a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap. Once the starter pack is finished, guests are responsible for purchasing items**

**Renter agreement needs to be completed and signed**

**Late checkout fee will be charged to guests, if guests requests late checkout 24 hours before checking out, and if we can accommodate late check out**

**Best way to contact us is via this site that is monitored daily. Inquires and bookings sent after a certain time will be processed and answered the next day**

**Please remember, this is a non-smoking resort, including the balcony. Smoking is permitted in the designated areas. **

**The parking garage clearance is 7 ft. 3in. **

**No golf carts, RVs, or trailers permitted in parking garage. There is on street paid parking available if needed. Motorcycles can park on the first floor of the parking garage. **

**This is a pet-free resort, no pets permitted**

**All reservations must be made by the person staying in this room and is of at least 25 years of age.**

**Please be mindful and abide by the resorts quiet time of 11pm to 7am**

**Myrtle Beach International Airport is 5.1 miles or approximately 15 minutes away from the resort.**
