Key Colony Point is an exclusive, private oceanfront condominium complex with 31 units on over 3 acres. Reflective of its name, Key Colony Point is on a point with both southern and western shoreline. All vacation renters enjoy use of the landscaped grounds which include an oceanfront pool and hot tub, fishing pier, small swimming beach, sports court and two areas for grilling.

KCP #22 is a 1754 sqft oceanfront 2bedroom/2.5 bath unit with a 300 sqft oceanfront balcony. The unit is freshly painted with new furniture, new carpet, and a new walk-in master bath shower. The unit has western views of open water from which you can watch the sunset or the boat traffic.

The unit is owned by Trent and his family who are avid outdoor enthusiasts from Michigan. Trent's favorite thing about his unit and this property is watching the fish under the dock at night, and sometimes landing a tarpon.

KCP #22 is on the 2nd floor of an elevated mid-rise building. Access to the 2nd floor is via the elevator or stairs. The unit is well-stocked with plenty of towels, bed linens, pots & pans, etc. There is a 65" tv in the living room, tv's in both bedrooms, and high speed wireless internet in the unit. Parking for one vehicle is in the covered garage in an assigned parking space.

All of our vacation rentals are privately owned and are rented through our dedicated onsite vacation rental office. Our vacation rental offerings include 3 bedroom/3 bath multilevel townhouses or 2 bedroom/2.5 bath single level condos in an elevator building. Amenities are reserved for owners and guests staying on property. All of our units come fully stocked with bedding, bath towels, beach towels, etc and full kitchens. We generally rent Saturday to Saturday, all units have a max occupancy of 4-6 people depending on the unit. We do not allow pets.
