Shores of Panama 1214 has everything you need for a magical beach getaway! Our lagoon style pool is the best on the beach! Saltwater hot tubs and indoor pool. The 12th floor location gives you the perfect height for spectacular views, and is also low enough to have parking right outside your door with NO elevator ride - just unload your car and ENJOY! Walking distance to many restaurants and attractions, including Pineapple Willy's and The Wharf. Walmart is right across the street for groceries and essentials.
The space
King bed in master, twin/full bunks in private bunk room, queen sleeper sofa. 2 spacious bathrooms. Washer/Dryer. Fully equipped kitchen. This condo is beachy, clean, and comfortable with everything you need to relax while you are away. We love this place and stay here frequently throughout the year.
Guest access
Parking pass and wrist bands must be purchased in the Shores of Panama lobby upon arrival. The cost is $81 total for your entire party (not per person), and gives you access to all of the resort's amenities - up to 6 guests and one parking pass for the duration of your stay.
Other things to note. The Shores of Panama resort has begun a 3 year renovation to the exterior of the building. This may be noisy at times. The pools and amenities will remain open, as well as the beach and beach access. Soaps, shampoos, toilet paper and personal items are considered a starter pack. This allows you time to get the personal items of your preference.
Owner will generate a key code for the door lock specific to your visit, which will be sent within 24 hours of your arrival.

This week enjoyed coffee on the extended balcony with a stunning views of the Emerald Coast before stepping just off the property and directly onto the beach for full days of fun in the sun! The condo was clean, comfortable, and perfect for what we needed. Communication with Brian was clear and easy to follow. Definitely looking forward to fall break here next year!

Absolutely loved our time at Shores of Panama 1214. The security and safety was very reassuring during our stay. The condo was great with a huge balcony, very clean, cute decor and the luxury of a great parking spot right outside our door. Not to mention the beds were super comfy!! From beginning to end I had excellent communication with the host. The pool area is an A we will definitely be returning to Shore is a good time!

The condo has an amazing view. Everything is clean and well maintained. Kitchen is sticked with everything you can poosible need and more. Beds were comfortable, the decor in the condo is perfect, beach vibes all the way, which we loved. Communication with host was a pleasure, prompt and courteous. The condo location is perfect. 12th floor with reserved parking right outside your door. The building is secure. We saw a lot of security in the parking lot. Professional and friendly staff. The pool area cleaned and msintained every morning. Beach service avail. Beach are is beautiful. I cannot saw enough about the condo, wish we could have stayed longer. Will be back again soon and hope this condo will be avail for our dates. Thank you for having us and for sharing your condo with us!
