Spacious Apartment Great Location
Perfect for families or large groups. We stayed for 10 nights with my family, 3 adults and 3 kids (15, 12, 10). The balcony is amazing in the mornings and evenings. The apartment is very large to easily accommodate a family. Checkin was very easy with a key lockbox as we arrived at 3 AM as do most flights into Yerevan. The neighbors were very friendly. It is a quite apartment walking distance to anywhere in Kentron. Easy walk to supermarkets, and restaurants. The dishwasher and laundry were essential given our long stay. My family loved staying here!

A/C needs improvement. Only two rooms upstairs has A/C and only one unit downstairs in kitchen which hardly cool down the living room , had to put a fan
