Home on a Hiking Trail and Close to the Lake

Pine Haven is a cozy getaway in the trees, overlooking the Cougar trail and close to Monte Verde Lake, just 3.5 miles to the Angel Fire Resort ski base area. The two-story home has three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths and sleeps 10.
On the first floor, the living and dining areas are combined into an open-plan area. The living area features a wood-burning stove, a smart TV, and a sofa with dual chaise lounges that seats four. There is also a sitting area for four that looks out onto a sweeping view of the Cougar trail and has access to a deck which is perfect for wildlife viewing. The dining area seats seven and opens into the kitchen, which is equipped with full-size appliances, including a dishwasher. From the kitchen, there is access to the fenced back yard and covered back porch.
Also on the first floor, the spacious primary bedroom has a king bed and a smart TV as well as an en suite bathroom with a dual-sink vanity, a deep bathtub, and a separate shower stall. In the hallway is a half-bath with the full-size washer and dryer.
Upstairs, the second bedroom has a king bed and a connecting bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunkbed and a queen bed and access to the connecting bathroom.
A first-floor game room with access from the front of the house provides a hideaway for those who would like to play some games or watch TV apart from the main party. It has a three-seater sofa, a smart TV, and family games. Next door, there is access to a Hot Tub.
WiFi is provided. Pack and plays and high chairs are available on request for an additional fee, as available. In front of the house is a carport and the driveway can accommodate two more vehicles.

Access to this home requires 4-wheel drive in the winter months.
Pine Haven is a pet-friendly home; up to two of your pets can enjoy the fenced back yard and there are many opportunities for great walks.
Please be aware that this property has a front-door camera and exterior wildlife cameras.

SLEEPING: Bedroom 1: King bed. Bedroom 2: King bed. Bedroom 3: One twin/twin bunk bed, one queen bed.
KITCHEN: Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, gas range, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, flatware, pod coffeemaker.
INDOOR LIVING: Wood-burning stove, smart TV. Central heating.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Deck with seating.
GENERAL: WiFi, linens/towels, hair dryers, and hangers are included as well as a kitchen pack and soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
LOCATION: Pine Haven is 3.5 miles from the ski area (an 8-minute drive) and 2.1 miles (6 minutes driving) from the country club.
PARKING: The garage will accommodate two vehicles and the driveway will accommodate up to four vehicles.
POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee.

The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort is not available for public use.

WHAT TO KNOW:
This property is managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM.
Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.
Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags. We offer a Trash Removal option for your reservation; for a $100.00 fee, we will remove all bagged trash from the property after your check-out. If trash is left in the property, a $300.00 Trash Removal Penalty will be charged to your reservation.
Smoking is not permitted on our properties.
Pets are ONLY allowed in designated pet-friendly homes.
4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.
