- The town of Sugar Mountain requires 4WD/AWD or chains in times of snow or ice. Please plan accordingly. The driveway is spacious and paved, but does make an uphill loop.
- Guests returning to Elevated Lifestyle may receive a discount of 10% to the room rent, not to be combined with other discounts to the room rent.
- Guests who cancel more than 60 days before arrival may receive a full refund. Cancellations 31-60 days from arrival may receive a 50% refund. Within 30d, refunds are only issued if the home rebooks.
- Check In after 4pm. Check Out by 10am.
