About this property

The Wrens Nest an Amish Experience. Located minutes from Walnut Creek & Berlin.

Located in the small town of Farmerstown, this home is just minutes from Walnut Creek, Charm & Berlin. We offer you the unique opportunity to immerse yourself into the Amish community. The local auction house is just around the corner where they sell livestock & produce along with other goods. Directly across the street is the general store offering all your basics and bulk food. We even have a closet stocked with Amish clothing for dress up and photo opportunities! Come enjoy the simple life!

* Both bedrooms are upstairs and bathrooms are downstairs. Must be able to climb a standard staircase with a handrail.

We do have a futon with a thick mattress available on the main floor. If you plan to use the futon it is easy to set up yet heavy. I will gladly set it up prior to your arrival if you would like.

My husband and I, along with my best friend from high school and her husband, had a very enjoyable stay at The Wren’s Nest in Farmerstown, Ohio. The house was fully furnished plus had all the needed amenities to make our stay so pleasurable. The neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet. We loved our 4-night stay. Neighbors were very friendly.

This house is wonderful! The host had thought of every detail to make our stay perfect. It was clean, cute and comfortable. Close to all the Amish towns but off the main drag. Front and back porches for catching the horse and buggies go by while relaxing and unwinding. Highly recommend!!
