Beautiful House

House was beautiful as was the pool. I stayed during a cold snap in FL so unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool even though it’s heated the air temp outside was too cold. Lovely house would stay there again. .

Not Ready!

Arrived on a Monday- Two large garbage cans overflowing in driveway when we pulled in, was told there was a bachelor party group there before us and the garbage would be picked up on Wednesday- overnight garbage was blown onto the lawn, we were told it was a windy night, we watched the crows that day going in and out of the garbage, my brother-in-law went out the next day and picked it up- pool needed cleaning, was told pool cleaner would be there on Wednesday, ( my husband and brother-in-law skimmed the pool)- next to pool was a ping-pong table that looked like it was broken and not usable, covered partially with a tarp- Grill outside was very dirty and not usable, and gas tank was empty, someone came to clean the grill, my husband then my brother-in-law cleaned it again, full tank was brought,we attached the tank to the grill- One of the showers did not drain properly, we were told to use the Draino under the sink, and that they never had a problem before with it- no dish towels- we could not find pots or pans, we were told to go into a closet and open a new box of them- No Beach chairs - no toilet paper holders in two of the bathroomsOverall, the house was OK, they just didn’t seem to be ready yet to rent it….
