Welcome to your ocean-view Caribbean home away from home at Point Pleasant Resort, D28.

This hilltop 1-bedroom ocean-view villa offers free 100mb Wi-Fi, a renovated interior, and breathtaking views of the Caribbean, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the British Virgin Islands for a relaxing St. Thomas getaway. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, small families, or remote business travelers, D28 sleeps up to 4 guests and provides a spacious upper-resort setting with easy access to resort transportation and guest services.

The villa features an elevated king bedroom with shutters that can be closed off from the living area for added privacy, while still allowing guests to enjoy the views from bed when left open. The nicely renovated bathroom includes a large walk-in shower. A few steps down from the foyer is the spacious living area with a sofa, loveseat, and two chairs, opening to the indoor dining area with seating for 4 and additional bar-stool seating for 2. The renovated kitchen includes granite countertops and new appliances, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay.

One of D28’s standout features is the large wraparound covered balcony, which includes two lounge chairs, a small dining table for 2, a large table for 4, and an additional chair with side table for relaxing while taking in the views. D28 is located in the upper section of the resort and is accessed by a flight of stairs down from street level. Point Pleasant Resort is approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. Shuttle service operates throughout the 15-acre property, and the resort is also close to Coki Beach, Coral World Ocean Park, the ferry to St. John, and Magens Bay.

Exactly as advertised, definitely recommend!

Point Pleasant and this unit were exactly as advertised, and we were really happy with our time here. The resort staff were very friendly and helpful and D28 had everything we needed for a great stay. The resort is a short drive from Red Hook, making it easy to hop on the ferry to St. John or grab a nice dinner. And, you can't beat that amazing view!!

The unit was clean and had plenty of room for the two of us. The views from the unit are incredible! View of Thatch Cay, St. John, Tortola, and a few other small Cays. Be advised that walking up and down the hillside steps is pretty tiring. Resort does provide a shuttle that responds quickly when called.

The view definitely didn’t disappoint! The condo was clean and functional. It met all our needs. The only issue we had was the water would periodically completely stop running…but it always came back on. Assumed it was due to the unit being at the top of the cliff. For awareness, even though this is VRBO with an owner listed, it is completely managed thru the resort front desk. All communication was answered by the resort and check in/out was just as though I booked thru the hotel and not VRBO.

Whoever owns it needs to fire the management and half the staff. Rude.

Room wasn't ready 20min after check in, refused help to carry large bags on wheels and find room dur to rain, went to restaraunt to wait and was served uncooked "blackened shrimp tacos", wasn't offered another order just to be taken off bill ...ect Beautiful location, other employees were more helpful, but if I was the owner I would hire someone to go in and the staff undet over and fire half of them. Good luck!assist and they said "no it's raining:". Wen

Great resort

We stayed at two different units at point pleasant during our stay. This unit was clean and well kept but lacked some of the things supplied by other unit (Beach towels, kitchen utensils) but other than that great unit with beautiful view. Very friendly staff. We will definitely be back to Point Pleasent!

If and WHEN I return to St Thomas this will definitely be my go to booking for accommodations. Listing is as described and the view was WAY BETTER than expected. I would suggest having a rental for this property because walking would be much. However taxis are not hard to obtain. We dined at one of the restaurants on the property the first night and wasnt too impressed. Other than that everything else was great

The stay was awesome and the view was absolutely amazing. The description was spot on and the staff was great. Point Pleasant was a great choice and after hours and hours of research we were more than satisfied. Watch out as the Rum Punch flows to freely. If you stay for any length of time a Car is a must in order to see everything cost effectively.

On point pleasants website I found where you can order all groceries online and have them delivered to your room before you arrive. We stocked up on snacks, lunches and beer. It was so nice to just run up to the room when we got hungry during the day.

We were extremely happy with the resort and have in fact already given a 5 star review on Expedia. The staff were wonderful, even upgrading us to rooms with fewer steps and a million dollar view , when I arrived on crutches! The shuttle into Red Hook was very convenient Maybe a bar on site would be nice in the evenings however we just bought some wine and enjoyed the balcony

Spectacular Views

I had a great time at Point Pleasant Resort. All employees were very nice, professional and helpful. Specially Anthony, Vincia, Willy, the other shuttle driver (I forgot his name) and Christy. Excellent service. Even though I know is independent, Beverly from the SPA was very nice and it gives the Resort an extra value having the SPA located there. The views are spectacular, you should market that because most people will not book it since it is far from the beach but it is all worth it with the view.

Wonderful Villa
