Overall, the chalet was lovely—well-designed and thoughtfully put together. However, noise carries quite easily between floors. When staying on the main level, the kitchen on the top floor is directly above the two main-floor bedrooms, making it quite loud when people are still awake, especially when sitting at the dining table and moving chairs. Additionally, upon our arrival, the propane tank was empty, and despite efforts to have it refilled, we were unable to use the BBQ for two nights, which forced us to change our dinner plans. The propane fireplace was also unavailable due to the empty tank. Lastly, the area around the hot tub was extremely slippery, so I would recommend using extra caution when around it.
