When we arrived, there was no welcome instructions - only an email on entry instructions and wifi password. There was no other instructions on where to find anything, there were no kitchen towels, paper towels, hand soap, hand towels, bath mats, etc. We searched every drawer to try find basics of what a vacation rental should have. A thorough clean was not done, as we found empty bakery boxes, an empty Gatorade bottle, and crumbs in the kitchen cabinets. On our final night, we found wet hand towels in the washing machine. There were other concerns that we tried to address immediately within the 24 hour arrival with the host or apparently the "property manager".This is a brief review of what went wrong.
