Great place!

Very clean and nice. Just a walk across the street to the beach and truly a 15 minute walk to Ocean Center Convention Center. Property Manager was awesome and responded to any questions within minutes (even on the weekend). I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful abode

The place looked just like the pictures online! Spaciousness and clean. Quick walk to the ocean. Very limite amenities, Bring your own towels, kitchen towels and extra toilets paper.

bike week stay

We enjoyed our stay. the place was very charming and clean. we had everything we needed. Great location close to Beach, Grocery store and Mostly quiet considering it was bike week. We would stay here again. The host was easy to get a hold of with questions.

Great family spring break!

Beautiful rental, clean, large rooms

The rental was really decorated with intention. Even my boys said how nice the place was decorated and the furniture was really nice and comfortable. The unit had large rooms and was very clean.

Outstanding Property!

Great location, super clean, modern, and right across from the beach with easy beach access! Jeff, the property manager was fantastic and was so helpful! While we did not take our dog as planned, it would have been the ideal property for us to have had him! I hope we get to go back soon!

Very nice place

Our family stayed here for Daytona 400 race. Thought it was whole house but ended up being upstairs I guess I would say apartment. But was very big perfectly spaced for families. It was clean and location is pretty much exactly the way it described. Beach access was under construction but other entrances was only about a block.

I loved how much space there was in the house. Two nice sized living rooms as well as a dining room. The kitchen was a little tight so you just have to take turns.

Fantastic location across from beach

New furniture, clean, lots of lighting outside at night. Very convenient location. Two nice sitting areas with TV. We had top floor of this duplex so we had a view of the ocean.Great fenced in area for our dog. You can hear street traffic as it sits one house back from Atlantic Ave but didn’t bother us.

Best beach vacation home

Love everything about this beach house . The decor was amazing, all of the bathroom toiletries extra towels and beach towels available . The fast internet was also available. Big tv’s in every room. The kitchen has lots of Tools. Extra linens were also available . House is very clean and smells really good. The ac was also very good. Walking distance from the beach is an extra plus. Definitely going back. My family all loved it 🥰

Best Beach House Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this Daytona Beach house! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—just a quick walk across the street to the beach, which made things so easy with small children in tow. The beach access point even had restrooms nearby, which was such a bonus for our family.The layout of the house was great—spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The kitchen is on the smaller side, but it had everything we needed for meals and snacks during our stay.When we arrived, we did notice a few minor decor issues—a spot on the rug, a torn pillow, and a broken bowl—but I just let the host know so they were aware it wasn’t us. They responded so quickly and were incredibly kind and appreciative, which made the whole experience feel even more welcoming.It’s also worth mentioning that there seem to be tenants in the unit below, but we never saw or heard them at all during our stay. It was completely peaceful and quiet.Overall, a fantastic stay in a great spot. We’d absolutely come back!

House was comfortable and decor was very nice. Main dislike was that description does not state there are so many other tenants. Big ugly repairing truck at entrance people walking in and out of back patio, sitting on steps to go up to the house. Very uncomfortable

Great Daytona beach location

Fantastic location for Ocean Center competition and beach access. Beautifully decorated, extra touches around the unit much appreciated. Kitchen well-equipped. 4* rating because the description did not say this unit is a 2nd floor of a duplex and it did not explain the parking is 4 cars deep on one side of driveway. Overall, it was a great stay. Would rent this unit again.
