Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this peaceful, centrally located home! BENGALS FANS/REDS FANS only 16 miles away from stadiums.

First floor:
Bedroom# 1: Giant master bedroom with king bed and lots of space, 55" inch smart tv and a baby crib.
Adjacent bathroom with shower.
Large dining room seating 10 people. Entertainment room with Arcade and table for board games. Living room has a 65" inch smart tv large comfortable leather couch and two swivel chairs
Open concept kitchen flowing into living room. At the back of the house an all seasons room has a beautiful country view. Attached porch with outdoor furniture and brand new five burner gas grill.

We really enjoyed staying at the country retreat. The property was very clean and the listing was very accurate. All the extra amenities were a very nice touch. Everything from extra toiletries and kitchen items and the pastries waiting for us when we checked in. Tom was a very gracious host. Can't say enough good things about Tom and our stay at his property. Clean (and I'm not easily pleased in that department). Tom thought of EVERYTHING and we've stayed alot of different places.......plenty of night lights and labels for switches and hooks to hang coats and towels and places for shoes........things I didn't even think we'd need and we used it all...........spectacular place and host!

This house was perfect for our family, from the bunk room for our grandchildren, big dining table for adults and dining table for kids on the back porch, great kitchen to cook in and grill outside, all kinds of games and tv’s everywhere . Great Time/Great Location

Nothing but wonderful things to say about this NKY getaway. Tom was very professional, timely, and the house was immaculate. We needed a central location between Cincinnati and the hiking trails/parks in Northern Kentucky... and this more than fit the bill. Convenience of the highways, local stores/groceries, and the cleanliness (and donuts) were all A for a great visit. We'll definitely consider Tom's wonderful casa our next time in NKY!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The house was so nice and we were surprised at how quiet it was in the area since there is a main road close. Very peaceful! We would definitely stay again if we ever found our way back in Kentucky. Tom, the owner, was so easy to talk to and always responded right away. He even left a sweet treat for us to enjoy during our stay! Thankful for our experience!

Family vacation and birthday celebration

Family vacation to celebrate our daughters 23rd and my wife's 50th birthdays! The house was great, plenty of room for everyone, game room and location was perfect. The house was very clean and just as it was advertised. Our host was great and responded to our questions very quickly. Host provided a book listing area attractions, restaurants and many other things to do, which was very helpful. We highly recommend this property!

Great place!

We loved this place! The host was very responsive and ensured a great stay! We had a large group and this property provided a great layout with plenty of room for us to spread out! The adults and kids loved the arcade game and air hockey table. If we are ever back in that part of the world, we hope that this property will be available again!

Sweet Kentucky Home

This home was perfect for our family vacation. The location was conveniently situated to the Ark Encounter, The Creation Museum, Cincinnati Zoo and Newport Aquarium. Plus anything we needed was near by. From groceries to BiBiBob restaurants and others. Tom is a fantastic host. He quickly responded when we texted him. And the macaroons that welcomed us were a delightful treat. We highly recommend this as your next vacation destination.

Amazing Place

This place is just like the photos. It’s beautiful and very spacious. My girls loved the fire pit in the back, probably because they got to do s’mores. They also got to be friends with the mules on the other side of the fence. This was a central location for Reds baseball game, Creation Museum, ARK and the Cincinnati Zoo, which we visited all. Tom was also amazing on responding back and providing some great food spots. Definitely recommend this place.

This is an nice, clean and big house at a perfect location. We mainly used the screened back porch, it has a serene farmland type view. The host is very helpfull.

Beautiful Home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Florence. Tom’s place was well maintained and VERY clean. Our group of 3 senior couples were very comfortable, each enjoying our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The large living area and large patio gave us several options to convene. If we ever go back to the Florence area we will no doubt stay here!

Perfect for family

We traveled with 7 family members ranging from 17-82 to see the ark and the creation museum. This house was a great place in between the two attractions. There is a big, beautiful yard for playing games or sitting and relaxing, and the house is comfy and has lots of space for a large group of people. Tom is a gracious host and easy to contact, if needed. We had a wonderful time!

I stayed here in mid-January with some of my family (4 of us) while visiting my oldest daughter. The owner was very responsive and welcoming. Long driveway so plenty of parking. The inside of the house was very clean. The rooms were large, beds were comfortable. We did run a bit short on hot water when all of us took showers in the morning but otherwise no issues at all. We’d stay here again.

Beautiful Property - Centrally Located

This property is a dream come true and made us want to move there! We spent every evening on the screened-in back porch watching the horses and chickens on the property just north of us, as well as the bunnies and the squirrels in our very large and beautiful backyard. The house is large and accommodated 8 adults easily. It is centrally located and we were able to easily navigate to all the local attractions. The host was in constant communication with us and ready to meet any needs/issues we might experience with the property. I would stay here again without hesitation! Thank you!

Peaceful place

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this home. We were in town for my brother’s engagement and all l have to say is WOW! Extremely clean and had all the space my family of six and I needed. We were in constant awe of the beauty here. Gorgeous home with a scenic backyard/front/back patio area. Loved that there was a big bedroom on the main floor for my dad who is quite immobile and cannot walk up and down too many stairs. We enjoyed the games and entertainment as well as the layout and ample seating in the home. Thank you for everything Tom! Truly appreciate it!
