The best vacations start off with the best places to stay and this property will not disappoint!

This sunny and cozy updated 2 bedroom/2 bath condo sits right on the ski trail.....You cannot be any closer to the slopes than this! K building in Winterplace is located right on the Lower Arrow ski trail and is steps away from the halfpipe...Walk over and check out all the action.

Okemo offers many activities during the summer time too with Mountain Biking and hiking just outside your door or scenic chairlift rides (when available). Just a 5 minute drive and you can be at the Adventure Zone at Jackson Gore to have fun on the Timber Ripper mountain coaster, Haulback Ropes Course, Coleman Brook Mining Company, Bungy Trampoline, Mini Golf and more.

Rent or bring your own canoe or kayak and jump in Echo Lake, Lake Amherst, Lake Pauline or Lake Ninevah. Looking to play a round of golf…..then the Fox Run Golf Club is only a 5 minute drive and offers an18-hole championship golf course and 10-acre practice facility featuring a 4-hole short course, and full driving range.

This unit sleeps six and is fully equipped with towels, pots and pans and a large kitchen and living room that looks out at the slopes. Enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail in front of the gas fireplace. Watch the skiers get on and off the lifts and keep an eye out for the snow cat groomers that get the trails ready for fresh tracks in the morning.

This open floor plan allows for nice vacation time with friends and family since the kitchen is open to the dining/living area.

We take pride in our properties and host Alyson will take care of any questions that you may have. Our reviews speak for themselves…..our guests really enjoy staying in our home!

Outstanding experience being steps away from where a major lift unloads. We rode freshly groomed powder down to the base before the lifts were even open. The host was very communicative. The condo was great. We'll back hopefully.

We traveled with three kids, and this condo was the perfect location for hopping on the green slopes down to the base of the mountain. You can also easily ski over to the Black Ridge Triple lift to access the harder slopes. There is a ski locker and a huge mudroom to hold all the gear, plus access to washer/dryer was helpful. The Waffle Cabin, a short ski down from the condo, was a huge hit with the kids for the waffles and hot chocolate!
