An easy, open floor plan, this relaxing home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths~ Eat inside or outside in a fully fenced, large private backyard with lots of areas to sit & enjoy! Fully furnished kitchen & BBQ in back~ Property exudes, updated kitchen & baths, with designer touches, come and enjoy! A quick 5 min drive to downtown Paso Robles, tons of dining, shopping & award winning wineries within minutes! A scenic 30 minutes to the coast & SLO~ You won't be disappointed in this super comfortable & conveniently located property!
The space
The property is relaxing inside & out, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook with & features a breakfast bar & nook. There is a Kuerig/coffee pot combo and fresh press in cabinet, we keep small creamers on hand in the fridge for your convenience as well as coffee. There is a formal dining space as well as outdoor dining on the patio with lots of additional seating. The living room features a flatscreen TV as well as the Primary Bedroom. All bedrooms offer beautiful bedding and comfort too. Most guest rave about the backyard, very private, a nice area to BBQ & hang out. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE! If it is a must, be sure to MOVE IT BACK PLEASE.

There is plenty of parking, two spaces in the driveway and you can park in front of the house or behind the house too. A favorite breakfast spot is a 5 minute walk away, called Chulos, they serve breakfast & lunch, dinners on weekends. Neighborhood is very quiet, you can take nice walks from the property all around, even walk to some wineries/tasting rooms. Quick walk to Twin Cities Hospital if need be.
