Great Family Time

Great family home with room to let the kids play and the adults to talk and play games. I loved that there were essentially 2 parts to the house. Everything about the place was top notch.

Wonderful stay

Family vacation of 20 people, the cabin fit our needs as we had hoped. Cabin is very well stocked dishes, pots, and pans utensils everything that you could need. Location is close to the water and our kids used their paddle boards every day. Island Park is a beautiful area and we would definitely consider using this cabin again.

Family vacation

Beautiful cabin! Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Wonderful kitchen with a great gas cooktop. All the cooks in the family loved it! Highly recommend it for big family vacations. Great communication with the owner! It gets 5 stars!

Amazing Home

This home was amazing. This was a family gathering as a kind of memorial week for my late husband. We had more than enough room for 11 people. The house is equipped with every thing you can imagine you will need. We so enjoyed this house and would highly recommend it to others!

The house is great but the roads are terrible! We were there to ride motorcycles but couldn’t get our bikes down the ruddy, sloshy roads. Had to visit Yellowstone via trucks.

Wonderful house for a family reunion!

Our family of 11stayed at this wonderful well stocked, well planned spatious house.The kitchen was huge and accommodated 2 families cooking meals at the same time (one vegetarian and 1 with no food restrictions). Beds were comfortable, house was exceptionally clean and there were so many conversation areas that we were able to catch up either in small groups or with the entire family. I just can't say enough good things about our stay at this amazing house. Mike was very quick to respond to questions about the house or the area. I/we would definitely recommend this house and hope to return to it in the future. Thank you!

Beautiful property!

We loved having basic items stocked, as the grocery stores were quite a distance away. The configuration of the bedrooms was well thought out as families could stay together. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay immensely.

Beautiful sprawling Cabin/House

This house had more than enough room for multiple families. Was super clean and decorated impeccably. Located in Island Park where many outdoor activities were available in the neighborhood. Tons of room, space, and activities for kids especially in the game room loft. Will hopefully be returning soon.

Family Reunion

We had several cabins on the island for a family reunion! The cabin was perfect for our family! We had several kids with small children and not being on the lake was actually helpful to us! Amazing gathering areas!! Kitchen was Perfect! Big table for everyone! Several places to sit and talk! Great Place! Would definitely stay again!

Great place for a big family with a few caveats.

Great place for a big family with lots of thoughtful elements, lots of public spaces for separate groups ot activities, and the house is very well stocked. Caveats: grocery stores are not convenient so plan accordingly. If you're using it as a base for Yellowstone, it's a 40 minute drive. Do your grocery shopping there because there is no legitimate grocery store in the immediate area. There are a few convenience stores in the area but their selections are slim and they close early (6pm). The grill is essentially unusable. The main gathering room is huge and includes a large kitchen and dining area and big living room...but the whole area is heated only by a woodburning stove...you will get good at working it and splitting wood. And if it's winter I don't think you'll be able to get the whole area comfortably warm. Overall though, a great home...just do your research on the area depending on what you're traveling there for! One last thing, the roads into the property are gravel and dirt. We had a lot of rain and they got very rough and potholes! If you have a sports car you're not going to want to drive it to this house.

Beautiful secluded home

We were looking for a home big enough to accommodate 16 including 2 babies to celebrate my husband’s 65th birthday. Found the perfect home!! 🙏🙏. Fantastic humongous kitchen Enough bedrooms/baths for all of us. We had so much fun hanging out together in the living room playing various games. Host has thought of everything. Lots of pots and pans in the kitchen, all the necessities in the bathrooms are available. Lots of private seating places around the house. Host was very nice. Answering all of our questions patiently. Responded right away to my texts. I highly recommend this lovely home. 👍👍

Beautiful home, better than the pictures!

The cabin was really beautiful and the kitchen was huge, stunning, and had everything we needed - waffle maker, water dispenser, cookie sheets, etc. Very large dining table - plenty of room in the kitchen and dining area. We liked all the different sleeping areas so everyone had privacy as well. There were one or two pack and plays in addition to the crib (wish I had known that from the listing). Only a few beach towels provided. Cabin is located near water access but no clear info on how we were to be able to access the water. We called the owner/manager (very nice) and were able to get info on where the water access is, but it was really just a boat ramp. No great public access to waterfront area. It's a gorgeous area though, and the cabin was very spacious, clean, and comfortable.

Fantastic for extended family

This lodge is a great find in a fantastic location. Well appointed for our extended family gathering, we loved the separation of the main bedrooms from the living area for those that needed more sleep. It’s an easy distance to West Yellowstone and Yellowstone National Park and there were many great restaurants nearby as well. Fantastic accommodations, super clean rooms, beds, etc, and a great welcome basket from our hosts. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Beautiful spacious lodge but not on water

This property is a beautiful, up to date, spacious lodge in a wooded setting. We had lots of room and everything we needed in the house. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is lack of some of the outdoor extras- it is near water but not on water, there are no extra bonuses such as fire pit, hot tub, etc. Owners are super friendly and lodge is clean. It was a little further from West Yellowstone than I thought it would be- a good 40 min drive.

Perfect for family gatherings

We recently enjoyed spending a week in this spectacular home, which was carefully designed to accommodate family gatherings such as ours.. The kitchen was huge, beautiful, and well-supplied, making cooking and cleanup easy and fun. While we prepared meals the younger children were easily occupied in gathering areas nearby where we could keep an eye on them. Large windows let in plenty of light and made it easy to watch over children playing outside. However, being outside was so pleasant we often went out and joined the children or watched them from the comfortable seating areas of the spacious porch. Having most of the bedrooms in a separate wing worked very well for us. Early risers were able to start breakfast without disturbing those wishing to sleep longer, and we were able to play crazy, silly card games at night without waking the little ones. The entire cabin was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. We would love to stay at this property again.
