Golf vacation

Location of this property was excellent . Close to all the golf we enjoy and Edna’s on the Green. Beds were extremely comfortable. Golf cart ran great.

Great stay in Marsh Bend!

Perfect location in the Villages! Lovely, comfortable home in quiet neighborhood. Walk to Edna’s on the Green or take short golf cart ride to Brownwood Square for dinner and entertainment.

Beautiful home, great location!

The home is clean and comfortable. Furnishings are beautiful, the kitchen has everything you need. The pool area is a wonderful place to relax. The hosts are easy to communicate with and attentive.

Clean, comfortable and so cute!!!

Kitchen was fully equipped, pool and lanai area was welcoming and relaxing. Enclosed front porch gives added benefit of enjoying the fresh air as it flows through the open concept home. Host was welcoming, informative and accessible at any time! We would definitely rent this home again

Lovely Home in a Great Location

My wife and I have been renting in the Villages for the past 12 years, and this home is definitely one of our favorites. It's located within walking distance to Edna's, pitch & putt, walking trails, and pools. And it's just a short golf cart ride from Brownwood. Our hosts Jay and Nicole made our stay most enjoyable from check-in to check-out. The Village of Marsh Bend is absolutely beautiful, and we look forward to returning next year.

Quiet Neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy, clean home. The bed was very comfortable. We had one issue with the pool area but host got it corrected immediately. Our only disappointment was we learned in Florida,(per the pool guy who maintains pool) that heated pools means 80 degrees. We decided that was too cold for us personally. Very nice home to rent in great area!

Great home, Excellent location

Beautiful home with great amenities located close to Edna's, Brownwood and Saw grass. Came with a golf cart. Had small issue with the pool heater, however, it was very quickly fixed. Good communication with owner in timely fashion. Enjoyed it!

We had an absolutely delightful stay at this beautiful designer home in The Villages, Florida! The fully equipped kitchen, a true cook's haven, made meal preparation a joy. The beds were not just comfortable, but wonderfully soft, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The brand-new furnishings added an extra touch of elegance, creating an atmosphere of both style and comfort. The refreshing and well-maintained pool became our favorite spot to unwind, and the brand-new, quiet gas-powered golf cart provided a royal touch to our explorations. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and a touch of regality during their stay. This home truly exceeded all expectations!
