The space
* Since this home is in the county, there are stick built homes, manufactured homes and RVs.

* There is a 7ft pool table out in the back patio. Due to our home being so close to our neighbor, we ask that our guest not play pool after 9 p.m. We want to be in good terms with our neighbors, thank you.

Cozy up for a movie night on the plush couch with a 55” smart TV, or take the excitement outside with a variety of games. Challenge each other to a game of 21 on the basketball hoop, test your skills with Ladder Toss, or enjoy a friendly match of Kubb for a truly memorable stay!

* The second bedroom has a day bed (two twin beds one underneath the other). The third twin bed is a rollaway bed in the master bedroom closet.

Guest access
There is free shared parking. There are only two parking spots total. No trailers allowed unless you have one vehicle and back up the trailer to the other spot. There is no parking on the driveway due to the septic drain field. The home is equipped with a smart lock for keyless entry. Guests have full access to the home and the fenced back yard. The garage and the housekeeping closet is off limits.

Other things to note
- No visitors of guests allowed due to limited parking space.
- There is no parking on the driveway due to the septic lines installed directly south of it.
- No trailers allowed unless you back up a trailer in one of the parking spots and unhitch the trailer (18ft max).
- The cleaning of the grill is responsibility of each guests.
- Charcoal and firewood are not provided.
- There is a gas stovetop but there is not a full size oven. Just a countertop oven.
- There is a four-step staircase to enter the property.
