Contemporary single-story home in a very convenient location. ~2300 sqft living space with two master suites. ~500 feet from Edgewood shopping center with a grocery store, restaurants, gym, Starbucks, bagel shop, dry clean shop. Near Stanford (~2 miles) G00gleplex (~3.5 miles), F8b00k (~4 miles).

There is an attached accessory dwelling unit to the building with a separate entrance. Only the driveway is shared. There are plenty of parking spaces along the curb.

The space
Spacious and open design with oversized windows. Stunning kitchen with quartz island and high-end appliances. Two master suites, yoga room, both indoor and outdoor dining tables, two sets of sofas, two sets of washers and dryers, and centralized heating and cooling.

All cotton bedding is suitable for people with allergy. towels, bed sheets and comforters are washed after each guest's stay. Foam mattress provides a good night's sleep.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the home and the yard - not shared with the occupants of the accessory unit.

Other things to note
There is a reverse osmosis water filter in the kitchen, and ice maker in the refrigerator. Guests don't have to buy bottled water or ice.

We can provided two floor mattresses if needed.

This was our second stay in this beautiful and comfortable house. The home has everything we needed and the location is very convenient to downtown, freeway, and nearby shopping center. A/C and wi-fi are great, and the host is wonderful and responsive. We look forward to returning!

Great location and great house

Our party of 5 really enjoyed our stay. The house has everything you need and more. Fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms, 2 washers and dryers, etc. Very short walk to Starbucks and a grocery store which is super convenient.

Family Trip to Palo Alto

We were in town for an art opening that included my grandfather’s work, and Tracy’s house was absolutely perfect for a gathering of family who never get to see each other. Just the right combination of privacy for everyone and space for being together. The landscaping is so beautiful. We got some lovely family photos in front of the roses.

Pleasant stay

The owner of the property responds quickly on queries and help. I requested an early check in and the owner was flexible to allow me early check in which I am very appreciative. Overall the property is very beautiful and the neighborhood is very nice. Starbucks and market at 6 min walk.

Wonderful house, exceptionally convenient location

We really enjoyed staying in this very comfortable house. Bedroom and bathroom layout is great for privacy, having two living room/hang out spaces was wonderful for our family. There is also a small workout room that we enjoyed. Comfortable beds. The house is very conveniently located a block from a great grocery store, bagel shop, and Starbucks. Easy freeway access and a short drive to downtown. We look forward to returning!

Beautiful house, great communications with host, extremely satisfied with entire stay

I want to first thank Tracy for the timely and complete communications whenever I sent a message prior to and while we were staying there. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay from start to end was exactly what we needed and expected. The house is clean and lovely with great amenities and gathering places. All of us slept well on the beds, made great use of the kitchen, and we will always have wonderful memories as friends rekindling friendships for our 45th Stanford reunion. Making the decision to stay together in this beautiful home was much better than having all four of us stay in separate hotel rooms. The neighborhood is safe and lovely and having the market and Starbucks a quick walk away was just icing on the cake. I hope we are all still around to stay here again for our 50th college reunion!

The house is quite roomy, there is a lot of common area and the bedrooms are all a good size. Having two bedroom suites was nice. and the location was quite good for us, close to where we needed to be and having the Market one block away/easy walk was quite convenient
