The apartment is located in close proximity, about 200 meters from the initial station of the Bela reka-Brzeće Gondola, at an altitude of 1,079 meters. The gondola ride to the top and the large ski intersection takes only 15 minutes, and there is no significant crowding.
Access to the apartment's parking is via the main road from Kruševac, which is regularly cleared in case of snowfall. Upon reaching the apartment, you do not have to pay the fee for the Kopaonik National Park.
In the accommodation facility, there is a ski storage room on the ground floor, and in the immediate vicinity of the gondola, there is a ski service for equipment rental and storage. Just a few hundred meters away, you can find a pizzeria, restaurants with national cuisine, buffets, and a drugstore.
In the surrounding area, there are hiking and mountaineering trails.
